Olivia turned 8 years old and decided to be baptized. She had a very special baptism day. She was baptized in Utah in same place her mom was baptized with all her cousins and family there. She was a little bit nervous before because she was afraid she wouldn't go under all the way and have to do it again, but she said as soon as she stepped into the water she wasn't scared anymore.
Since it was on a Tuesday we had it at night so everyone could come after work. Before we went to dinner with grandparents at Javier's. Then after the baptism we had treats for everyone who came. It was a very nice night and the spirit was definitely there.
Olivia is such a sweet little girl and we are so proud of the decision she made to be baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
We hope you always remember this special day and the feeling you had.
Since it was just her special day she got to choose the whole program herself.
