Yesterday I took the kids to Nauvoo for the day one more time, while we only live 3 hours away. (We wanted Jason to come but our time was running out and he had to work so we went without him.) Last time we went was in 2012 and they were all still young and don't really remember it. I am hoping this time they will remember more. We had a great time learning about the people and see everything even in the POURING rain.
It is such a beautiful part of the country!
Look at those awesome clouds that eventually dropped buckets of rain on us. :) But we still had fun running from place to place in it.
