We are still alive

It has been awhile since I have posted and I am sure everyone is sick of seeing our little snowman. I still don't have time to do a post of what we have been up to but here is a new picture to look at.

Snowman

I know I know I am a lame parent but this is my kids first snowman and I didn't even make it with them. They always have wanted to make one and every time we saw one they would ask to make one so when grandma came to our house last week it was warm enough to go and make a snowman (the snow just happened to not be ice that day). They loved it!

32 years today

I LOVE MY LIFE!
(all 32 years of it)
I have always loved my life...not to say it has always been happy and perfect but I can't complain. The Lord has blessed my life so much, I have a wonderful family, with a great Husband (Honey I miss you!) and four wonderful children. I was born into a wonderful family with great parents and siblings, and I married into a wonderful family and I have the knowledge of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. What more could I ask for...Life is Good!

It's Official...

Jason matched yesterday and got his first choice here in Des Moines at Mercy Medical Center in General Surgery.
(that means that we get to stay here in the great state of Iowa for another 5 years and for those of you wondering if we like living in Iowa, the answer is yes.)

I am so proud of Jason for all of his hard work, this has been a life long goal of his and it is so much fun to see him reach this wonderful goal he has for himself and his family.
We also want to thank everyone for all of their love, support and prayers throughout the years, we couldn't have done it without you. We feel very blessed to have such wonderful family and friends and thank the Lord for you everyday.
We Love You!

???

What is that on Madi's face?
a. a bruise from running into the wall.
b. marker
c. a hickey from letting her baby brother suck on her cheek too long

The other night Madi was by the baby and laughing saying, "the baby sucked on my cheek".
We didn't think much of it until later we saw her cheek and thought what is that, then we remembered...we just thought the baby sucked on her cheek for a minute not for 5.
Guess Austin was hungrier than we thought.
