Spring Break 2019- March 13-16

Spring Break started out with a huge snow storm, which caused a no travel advisory and closed roads to where we were headed..so Wednesday we stayed home because Jason was on call and there was a storm Thursday we stayed home because of the travel advisory, Friday we couldn't leave early because of the road so we hung out until around 10 am then headed out to Jamestown and were hoping the interstate to Bismarck would be open by the time we got there.  No such luck, the road was still closed so we went to the Lego 2 movie and then by the time that was over the interstate was open and we made finally made it to Bismarck.  The original plan was to ski Friday and Saturday, then Jason found a truck in Utah and decided to fly from Bismarck after we were done skiing on Friday to go pick it up and I would ski with the kids Saturday and drive home.  Well since we didn't make it to Bismarck until late afternoon Friday Jason didn't get to ski.  Instead went shopping, dinner and swimming on Friday. Saturday Jason woke up early to catch the 5 am flight to SLC and the kids and I went skiing for the day and drove home. Jason is glad he made the trip to Utah to buy the truck and the kids and I had a fun day skiing.
